Bought a VW Sharan from David in December and had the best customer service I have ever had from a car dealer. Spotted car on Autotrader. It was a rare spec and looked in fabulous condition. Travelled a round trip of 400 miles to pick up the car and worth every bit of effort. Love the car. David was really helpful answering all my quieries before buying and then gave me an informative test drive. David explained that if there were any issues with car to give him a call and he would sort out a repair. After a few weeks a warning light came on the dash board. (A common but expensive problem on a VW of this age) David liased with a local garage and arranged for me to drop it off at my convenience. It was quite a costly repair but all this was paid for by Tollcross. It is a long time since I have had such good customer service. It is clear that he cares about his customers and aftercare is high on the agenda. It is certainly worth a trip to Glasgow for my next car! There is a review on Google saying watch out for scam warranties…this hasn’t been my experience so I would ignore it. Well done and thanks to David at Tollcross.
